The hotel was in a fantastic location with castle views. The staff was incredibly professional and friendly. The have very nice spa products in the rooms and lobby area as well as a fabulous breakfast. Wish our stay was longer!

Rang reception from outside the hotel about parking facilities and a receptionist came out to us, took our luggage into the reception and gave us directions to the hotel carpark. The receptionist couldn't be more helpful and amazing. The room was lovely, spacious, and airy . Bonus points for the fact that there was a bath. Location was superb and everything was within walking distance. Breakfast was a real treat, and menu options were certainly different. Both Bar staff and Breakfast staff were very polite and very friendly. Afternoon food was really nice and the menu was varied. Was a very pleasant stay.

James and Michelle really went out of their way to make our stay fantastic. We travelled with a 3 month old baby and staff really couldn’t do enough. Absolutely fab service. This is the second time we have stayed here and so friendly!

Loved the convenient, easy onsite parking. Hotel was a short walk to everything. Kilkenny castle is just around the corner. Close to lots of bars and restaurants. Beds were comfy, good sized room. Bathroom had a good shower and bath. The staff were friendly and always willing to help and answer questions. They even tried to assist us in getting a last-minute dinner reservations on a Friday night. Eventually, not successful but they did make good recommendations and tried several restaurants but only late seatings so we went our own way.

The hotel was beautifully decorated and tastefully modern. The room itself, was quiet, comfortable and clean. We were provided with plenty of towels and other little extras. I also liked the view of the castle from the window. The breakfast was also excellent. But what knocked it out of the park for me were the staff. They were a pleasure to talk to and always so helpful. By far, the best customer service I've experienced from any hotel staff. I will happily be staying here again in the near future.

Fabulous hotel, staff, location, food & parking. Our 3 day stay was perfect. The reception staff were absolutely amazing, especially Rachael. Our dining experience for breakfast & dinner was fantastic. Our room was beautiful, very comfortable, quiet, & we totally enjoyed the castle view. We would highly recommend this hotel & location for ease of visiting the beautiful sites in Kilkenny.

The restaurant was great, the dinner we ate there was one of my favorites! I didn’t realize breakfast was included as well and this was a fantastic surprise! The breakfast was phenomenal. Cooked to order and even fresh squeezed Orange juice! The location was perfect we walked to everything, we also had free parking. The room was very comfortable as well and we loved the toiletries that were included in the bathroom. They smelled so good!

The room was good, the location was brilliant, together with parking. On our first evening, we returned to have a drink in the hotel bar - we had a wonderful chat to the barman, who was charming.

This was our first stop in Ireland. Kilkenny is a great place, and the hotel is within walking distance to everything. Kilkenny Castle was just around the corner. We soon found out that we had brought the wrong kind of adaptor -- the desk was able to find us one to use and let us keep it for the rest of our trip. They also let us keep our car in the parking area after checkout time to tour the city. Breakfast was great.
